Just a quick update, not really had a whole lot going on the last month or so! Still actively seeking work, which is still proving a very difficult task. I have had a couple of interviews last week, so hopefully something might come of them, but really I just have to wait and see, plus just keep on applying to everything possible! Photography wise, well the snowfall that we had last week was particularly amazing, never seen my village look so white and beautiful. Managed to walk about 7 miles around and about (there was no way my car was getting out as I had an ice slide of a hill to get onto!) Which resulted in many photos, but yet to reall

Happy New Year All, here's to a prosperous year! 2008 was certainly eventful for me. I finally completed my degree, 3 years of hard work and devotion, resulting in a portfolio I feel quite proud of, just need to keep adding to it now and developing my Holga work further. Downside of things has been that I am still trying desperately to find myself a job, getting very very frustrated with that lately, been filling out more and more applications and getting less and less back. Not even a polite 1min phone call or generic no thanks letter. Nothing!!! I am still working hard at it though, I refuse to give up!! Life has been a lot nicer to me la

I am very excited by what arrived this morning, the kit and chemicals I need to process black and white film, as well as a pack of 10 rolls of film. Typically the weather was perfect today but I was too busy with pre-arranged things to go out with the camera! I will however be going out at the next possible chance with good light, I’ve lined up a few good locations near me, as well as wanting to go back up on the moor at some point. Only thing I am lacking is a thermometer to get the water temp right, so need to get one still before I can do anything really...
